The invention of papermaking is a significant contribution of China to humanity, and paper is an indispensable and important commodity for people's work, study, and life. Traditional papermaking has caused global forest resource scarcity due to excessive logging of trees. Using inorganic powder (mainly calcium carbonate) as the main raw material, a small amount of synthetic resin and chemical additives are added, and advanced process technology is adopted to produce a new type of environmentally friendly synthetic paper. Synthetic paper is called "unbreakable" paper. At present, it is popularly called "stone paper" or "stone plastic paper". The name of "synthetic paper" is relatively scientific. Synthetic paper has a development history of more than 30 years in Europe, America and Japan. Its trial production began more than 10 years ago in China. At that time, due to the production of ordinary paper and synthetic paper, the market price was inverted, and other reasons, it could not be widely promoted in the domestic market.
