The invention of papermaking is a significant contribution of China to humanity, and paper is an indispensable and important commodity for people's work, study, and life. Traditional papermaking has caused global forest resource scarcity due to excessive logging of trees. The papermaking production process has caused unresolved environmental pollution and negative impacts on the ecological environment, which has attracted high attention from all humanity.

Using inorganic powder (mainly calcium carbonate) as the main raw material, a small amount of synthetic resin and chemical additives are added, and advanced process technology is adopted to produce a new type of environmentally friendly synthetic paper. This is a new variety of paper that can be used in fields such as printing, packaging, cardboard, and various labels, with excellent paper properties and environmental performance.

Synthetic paper is called "unbreakable" paper. At present, it is popularly called "stone paper" or "stone plastic paper". The name of "synthetic paper" is relatively scientific. Synthetic paper has a development history of more than 30 years in Europe, America and Japan. Its trial production began more than 10 years ago in China. At that time, due to the production of ordinary paper and synthetic paper, the market price was inverted, and other reasons, it could not be widely promoted in the domestic market.

Overview

Manufacturers of biodegradable sheet production lines believe that biodegradable materials refer to materials that can be completely degraded through physical, chemical, and biological methods under certain environmental conditions. The degradation modes of degradable materials mainly include biodegradation and photodegradation. Degradable materials can be divided into the following three categories according to their degradation modes: photodegradation materials, biodegradable materials and photo biodegradable materials.

The manufacturer of degradable sheet production line believes that photodegradation material refers to the material where polymer molecules break and degrade under the action of certain light intensity. Photodegradation materials can be degraded under certain light intensity mainly by compounding photosensitive substances in the materials or grafting photosensitive functional groups into the molecular chains of materials. Photodegradation materials mainly include photodegradation materials synthesized by copolymerization and photodegradation materials containing composite photosensitizers.

According to the characteristics of photodegradation materials, agricultural film is a good application mode of photodegradation materials. Non degradable agricultural mulch can cause great harm to the soil environment. Although the problem of soil pollution can be solved by using photodegradation materials instead of non degradable mulching films, some photosensitizers of photodegradation materials will cause harm to agricultural products, or remain on fruits and vegetables, causing harm to human beings.

Biodegradable materials refer to materials that can ultimately be degraded into water, carbon dioxide, and biomass through physical, chemical, and microbial interactions in the natural environment. Biodegradable materials can be divided into natural polymer materials and synthetic polymer materials according to their synthesis methods.

Manufacturers of biodegradable sheet production lines believe that natural biodegradable polymer materials mainly include proteins, starch, cellulose, and polysaccharides. Although they have excellent biodegradability and can achieve pollution-free cycling in nature, they have defects such as soft structure, difficult processing, and poor mechanical properties. By adding crosslinking agents and grafting branched chains to natural polymer materials, their internal structure is changed and their mechanical properties are improved to meet practical requirements. Cellulose and starch can be blended and compounded to obtain biodegradable materials with good mechanical properties. In addition, research on starch protein complexes, cellulose protein complexes, and internal modifications of starch is also widespread.

Biodegradable sheet production line manufacturers believe that synthetic polymers are a type of polymer synthesized through chemical or biological technology, which can be designed and synthesized according to specific requirements. It is currently a widely studied and applied material.

The manufacturers of degradable sheet production line believe that PLA is a degradable polymer material based on plant starch, which has good biocompatibility and degradability and is widely used in biological tissue engineering, cell engineering, artificial scaffolds, packaging materials and other fields. Polylactic acid has some problems, such as low mechanical strength and poor hydrophilicity. Changing the crystal structure or composite modification of polylactic acid can improve these properties. The crystal structure and morphology of polylactic acid have a significant impact on its mechanical properties. The crystal structure of polylactic acid can be controlled by changing the cooling temperature, cooling rate, molecular weight, and molecular weight distribution of the polymer. Polymer blending is also an important way to modify PLA. At present, the research and application of polylactic acid is relatively mature, and there are already large-scale industrial production lines in China.
