Characteristics of Juli Stone Paper Equipment:

• Small footprint: The cohesive stone paper equipment occupies a small area, only accounting for 1/10 of the traditional paper production area

• Low equipment investment cost: investment only requires 1/5 of traditional paper equipment

• Production process cleanliness: dust-free, no need for sewage treatment, and the production environment is clean and hygienic

• Reduce labor force: basically achieve automated production, with only 1/8 of the number of workers required for traditional paper

• No production waste: Traditional paper production processes generate wastewater, coal ash, sulfur dioxide, and carbon monoxide emissions

• Save water resources: Only a small amount of cooling water is needed, and for every ton of stone plastic paper produced, it saves 110 tons of fresh water compared to traditional paper! This is of great significance for alleviating water resource scarcity

• Power saving: compared with traditional fiber paper production, each ton of stone plastic paper can save 280Kwh, and the power consumption is 1/2 of that of traditional paper production equipment

The production equipment of Juli Stone Paper adopts a production process that conforms to the flow/rolling method: ingredients, blending, extrusion to produce a specialized masterbatch, which is then extruded, rolled, stretched, cooled, surface treated, coated, cut and rolled to form the original paper. High production efficiency, good product quality, low production cost, smooth paper surface, especially suitable for printing high-end picture albums and book covers.

• Main equipment for masterbatch production: high cold mixer, masterbatch granulation production line

• Total volume: length x width x height=40 meters x 8.5 meters x 8 meters

• Production capacity: 500-800KG/H, approximately 5000 tons/year

• Product paper thickness range: 0.08-0.3MM (sheet material: 0.3MM-1.2MM)

• Edge waste treatment: automatic recycling, automatic crushing, and automatic filling

• Operation control: fully automatic computer control, automatic monitoring, automatic transmission, automatic closed-loop

• Production process: Clean production, pollution-free, dust-free, and waste free, with automatic filling of raw materials

• Number of production operators: approximately 15 people/three shifts (set of equipment)
